Author of Pure.Raw.Love. Jyoti has been helping people reconnect with their true selves and regain their confidence. She follows an alternative approach to mental health therapy by incorporating spiritual guidance and believes there is no better healer than oneself. You can expect to have a better understanding of spirituality and take home a guided approach to healing uniquely designed to your needs in a 1-1 session with Jyoti. A judgement free space is held in which one can release all anxieties, worries and doubts to then create a deeper connection with your soul.

Spiritual Guidance Session (Online)

In a typical session with Jyoti, you can expect to have a therapy session in a judgement free environment where you can release all your worries, doubts and fears and get spirituality based guidance to reconnect with your inner self. Jyoti uses a psychology based approach to help you understand your feelings while connecting you back to your spiritual truths.
*note* Jyoti is a psychology student, reiki master and tarot reader but does not use any of those services in her sessions

In-person sessions are currently limited to Montreal, QC.
